Nice looking, is you Ford friend familiar with hidden rust prone areas on these babies, also not sure what an appraiser looks for, body as it is, or body that has not had bondo applied all over, did you look at the appraisal, how is it graded as far as what they look at and their grading requirements, was the appraisal done by a Classic Mustang familar company?

Looks like a nice 66 and a good buy to me. Converting from an I6 to a V8 is not that difficult to do, but many things need to be replaced / upgraded.
