So will the explorer rear end work on your mustang? I have access to a similar rear end and if it would fit I will def do it

well looks like I'll be buying some heads here! I'm not wanting to skimp on this project, my goal is to be still driving this car 10 years down the road. Good news is my funds have increased for this car so I'll be able to go big and get the nice ones. I'll be helping restore a '69 cougar eliminator and seeing a nice little chunk of the proceeds, so unfortunately the mustang project is on hold until the eliminator is done.

On a side note anyone who wants to buy an eliminator when it's restored let me know!
