Default aluminum heads

Hi All!

Been here in SoCal for 10 days with a few more left. I am visiting from Alaska. I sure don't see the classic stangs here like I used to. I have seen several collecting dust in Fontana. Here's my question. Windsor heads used to be the **** If 289 alum heads will out flow the windsors( and I've also read that they outflow 2bbl Cleveland heads), then why not alum windor heads? Has anyone tried this?

351 Windsor heads are the @#$% for a low rpm truck engine that needs lots of low end torque, other than that they choke.
