Default absolutly no start

i have a problem one that left me stranded at 230 in the morning. the situation is i get into my car and turn the key and nothing i mean nothing happens no click click click of a dead battery i double checked battery is fine. now my acc stuff works stereo lights etc, so what im thinking is its gotta be something between the battery and the starter. Does any one have experence on this if so id really appreciate a walk through no exactly fond of the thought of it sitting in some parking lot all night

Check the battery connections to the starter solenoid. I had mine pull that the other day. Stopped for sodas and when I went to leave it hit the starter once, then nothing. Sure as hell one of the connections I highlighted in the pic was loose.

If your connections are clean and tight, it could be a bad starter relay (solenoid)

When you connect positive current to the start post on the selonoid does the car turn over?

If yes, replace the selonoid, if fixed stop, if not troubleshoot ignition switch and wires to/from
If no, trouble shoot starter, cables, regulator

got it running well sorta i jumped the starter post to positive and she turned over ran like crap the hole way home it was horrible thought i #$%*ed something in the engine got home and turns out my rad is also gone[:'(] i bought a replacement solenoid not an original different setup wouldn't turn the engine over tossed back on the old one and it would start not running at this time the rad is out needs to be re cored so tomorrow im gunna pick up a factory original solenoid and see what happens
