easy to install? The description says that they are newly designed to bolt right up. Or should I go with the shorties to save trouble?</P>


Anyone put them on?????</P>

Um, don't really know lol. I'm running a set of BBK L/T's but I also have the old style TFS highport head with the exhaust port raised 1/2inch. The BBK was the only production headers I could find that would clear everything. I also put mine on at the same time we installed the engine and trans. So the headers were actually in the engine bay before the motor was.

Shorties will net you 5hp, maybe alittle more.</P>


Long tubes will net you well over 10hp.</P>


This is where how much money you have to spend, or how much knowledge you have to do the work yourself. Personally, I'd rather go with shorties to save cash and add a few other mods to make up for the shorties. </P>


If I had a lotta cash laying around..then it would be long tubes hand down.</P>

The LTs are actually cheaper. I hear everyone say they are more. Not so in Summitt... check out the link. Md, it's a 91LX.......
