I just had 4.10s installed 2 weeks ago. Its the best bang for the buck you will get. Just make sure you get the genuine Ford Racing gears. My car has 135,000 on it and I had to have them rebuild the rear on my car while they installed the gears. Cost me 810 bucks but I think it was worth it.

One more thing. I haven't noticed any loss in gas mileage after I went with 4.10's.
