Default RE: question about heads

Not if you havent got a wild cam.

Your 85's have a heart shaped chamber and are all around just a poor performing head.

Your later E7TE's are a better flowing head and have much more going for them than your earlier E5's.I also belive (DONT HOLD ME TO IT) your E7TE's haVE 1.78/1.54 valves which arent much but better than what you have.Your E7TE's will bump your compression ratios up a bit as well.

For just bolting them on and doing nothing more (AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GET A VALVE JOB WHILE THEYRE OFF) you will notice a little extra power they really are a better head and with minor porting you can get them to impressively flow quite a bit.
