Just take it back to thgem and tell them you are not leaving until the car is fixed under warranty!!! End of story.

Start bitching to FORD directly. Tell them how the dealer has treated you. Dealers hate bad reports. AND keep it straight to the piont. Give them the info they need, but not bags of double talk.

Just pull right up to the ford dealer repair area. Some let you drive right in and tell them your getting it replaced. Dont matter where you bought it. If you show up and drive in. If its a warntee fix they get reembursed by ford anyway

It does not matter if it happened to someone else. Your new car broke while under the factory warranty. Take it to another dealer tell them your window popped out while putting your top down and nothing else. I am not calling around to dealers to see if it happened before to anyone, I am calling around to see if a dealer will fix it. No dealer wants to touch it, they told me to go were I bought the car. And the dealer I bought the car says I am lying and they will not fix it and are given me an attitude. The reason I was checking through here to see if anyone heard of this happening was so I could see if this was a common problem or not. And I wanted to go back to the dealer and who told me I was lying and tell him he was full of s**t and I want my car fixed.

this is when you go to the showroom, wait for someone to look at whatever car they have as their showcase, and make a scene that everybody can see about how ****ty the customer service is.

sounds to me like the window popped out while at the dealership. they took it to the mechanic and had it fixed. then sold the car to you and told you it never happened. the car is under warranty. they have to fix it, no questions asked. tell them you want a new top and to check for bent arms and replace those if neccesarry!!
