well the 73's are a go. not bad i could stand a little more but we will see after the s/c. but i can say when i use to buzz up to 3 grand and nail it there was little wheel spin as of now there is plenty keep in mind i can pave an asfault road with the with the huge 19 inch wheels i got. i can only imagine what its going to be like when i get some light wheels and a drive shaft. but the insurance for my totaled truck will be in soon and so will the 'VORTEC'. how sweet it will be . just think if that drunk guy wouldnt of hit my truck id still be pimpin an 85 toyota 4x4 on 33's. omg what was i thinking. lol ill be back with more up dates

unless your getting a KB blower, go with 4.10's.
ive even talked to a few people with KBs and 4.10s and they still wouldnt have it any other way, but with a centrifical, which means you make NO boost until 3k rpms, go with 4.10s
thats when you get a 125 shot to pick up the lagg

why not? they both run off of pullies. its not like centrifical superchargers are like turbos where as they depend on exhaust in the upper rpm's to spin the spool[&:]

a proper turno will spool at any rpms, not just the upper. and centrifugals are belt driven turbos, they need to spin fast to make boost, therefore they need high rpms. they don't start making noticable gains until 3000 rpms. my buddy has an 01? GT with a vortech t-trim that makes like 2 PSI at 1350 rpms, but his dumb brother has a procharger on his 99 cobra that is in vacuum until 2200 rpms.

i guess that makes sense. but technically its not making NO boost thats where i got confused. it is still making boost, just not at noticable gains.
