I was thinking about picking up one of these tech materials, take a junk yard 5.0 from a trashed 90-ish Stang and rebuild it. Are these good materials to buy? Has anyone learned off these? Or would it be more wise to use the internet and keep busy on the forums for questions? Thanks.
