get the steeda its the best... they will all make noise b/c you take out the insulation around the stock one. the steeda is king

I got a PRO 5.0 in my car and love it. I didnt realy here a noise differnce from the stock one just better shifts. and i bought mine from Laurel Mountain Mustangs at www.laurelmountainmustang.com for 169.99

Give Hurst shifters a good look, they have been doing it for years and years. Mine is absolutly amazing, I love it. Cant even tell there is a neutral between gears, it goes in like butter to every gear and it just wants to be powershifted. I would recommend Hurst, at least look at them.

I have the 5.0 shifter with a tri-ax handle. It shifts vry well. The guy i bought the car from put this on. I don't know why though.

I have the pro5.0 on my car. It is very easy to install, dont pay to have anyone install a shifter. The only thing I didnt like about it was the drag handle. It seemed like I had to reach a lot more so I put the stock handle on until I order a tiriax or somthing. It is a little louder but like the other guys said most people dont put the rubber back in afterwards.
