What spline do i have in the rear end??? Will the traction lock i get have to be the same... just making sure.

 

Mustangs with 8.8" will have 28 spline axles so the traction-lok carrier you get will have to be for 28 spline. All cars and Ranger trucks will have 28 spline axles however full size trucks and Explores will have carriers made for 31 spline axles and will not work.
