I have Hawk slotted rotors and pads... No problems or complaints... I am not sure that you can do all that much better without upgrading the whole breaking system.
where can i get the ceramic pads??? im looking on summit and i found the hawk HPS pads that are like $70 but the ceramic pads are showing up only for like the newer cars

do you have to replace those rotors every pad change then, cuz u cant turn drilled and slotted rotors can u? i.e. on the brake lathe

nah you have to be able to cut drilled rotors.... theres no big difference. but i only got the slotted ones anyway because im not about to have my rotors crack at the holes!!. although i do like the design of the drilled/ slotted rotors where the drills are separated enough to reduce cracking.
