Annoying squeak/chirp
I have this annoying sqeaky sound that sounds like a chirp sort of...lol dont know if that helps, but my car only makes it when the clutch is all the way out. If i push the pedal in like an inch, it stops. SOmeone told me it was the throw out bearing, but i dont really know. If thats what it is, is it possible to get rid of the noise? Thanks.

Definitely sounds like the throw-out bearing. Make sure your clutch is properly adjusted. If it is, you'll need to replace it (it may be the type that can be lubed...so look for a grease zirk. Unfortunately, you pretty much have to pull the tranny to find out.

Hmmm that sounds like it sucks. Is it bad for the car to constantly drive around with the clutch pushed in a little, its really very little, but i dont want to do it if it could have negative effects. I just dont like the annoying chirp and it makes my car sound so bad.

It'll increase the wear on the throw-out bearing and the clutch. It makes a decent band-aid, but I wouldn't do that for long. You don't want your throw-out bearing falling apart in the middle of traffic.[:@]

I don't know which generation car you have, but basically buy a new TO bearing, drop the tranny, replace TO bearing, install tranny, have fun.
If you have a toploader series tranny, just remove the tranny itself and leave the bell housing. I don't know if the newer 5-speeds will let you do this or not...If they have the four bolts (could be 5 or 6...haven't crawled under my '03 in a while) between the tranny and the bell housing, then it's easy. If not, the bellhousing comes down, too. That will add a few minutes to the job.
I can generally change out the clutch in my '71 in less than 2 hours taking it easy. I had a lot of practice before I learned why you don't run stock clutches behind high power engines.

If the clutch and pedal are not adjusted properly can it cause premature wear on the throwout bearing? I'm putting a new clutch and TO bearing in my car this winter and want to make sure it doesnt start chirping again any time soon.
