Well after a close look, the radiator support is far gone. So we'll have to fix that. The frame rails are bent, fortunatly its before the shock tower. So not that big of a deal. The car still drives straight. The inner fender well is rubbin on the tire, but we have to wait til insurance takes some pics until we can fix it. We don't drive it as much as we did. I going to be doing a lot of work on it this weekend, if insurance can take pics. I'll let ya'll know who is at fault tomorrow when we get the report. Thanks to everyone who is trying to help.

Report came back saying she was at fault. We can dispute it since the cop didn't take a statement and we have pictures proving that his drawing is WRONG. Also insurance wants to total out the car, but she is fighting to keep it since there is less than $400 in repairs if we do it oursleves. Thanks to Super Six for the donations!

Dude if you feel good about fighting the at-fault issue then FIGHT IT!! Her insurance payment could really jump if she's declared guilty of causing an accident

And I believe some insurance companies will offer you first crack at claiming salvage rights on the wreck
