Well, the bbk cai is officially gone.Gave up on it, I"ll probably get a c&l or densecharger.

I was looking at CAI's and noticed almost all of them would stay inside the engine bay instead of the filter going into the feder wall. Obvioulsy the filter in the fender wall would be cooler air but why are they so hard find in this configuration? How about the kits where the filter is still inside the engine bay but has the heat shield sorrounding it? Is this going to be as good as the filter inside the fender wall?

 

Do you need to put the filter from underneath with densecharger.

 

Why if densecharger is so good the guys from MM&FF always recommend C&L MAF's.
