what r u goin to do about the drive shaft , will it work , j/w , or i bet you you would need a costom one

no..the mustang drive shaft will not fit the input splines of the chev tranny...the mustang shaft is however the same diameter as the shaft that was connected the the chev tranny...the makes the job of creating a hybrid relatively easy. The weld of the slip yoke on the tranny side of the mustang shaft has to be carefully cut away to remove the yoke without damaging or shortening the tube. The chev yoke will then need to be inserted and welded into the resulting tube. I have to get a machine shop to do this as I could fit, square, and weld the yoke, but I have no way to balance the shaft when it is done. I was quoted around 200 bucks if i supply all the parts.
