RE: will not start
put the battery on a slow charge overnight and then get a battery post terminal cleaning brush and take the cables loose and clean both the posts and cables real good with the brush and reinstall them good and tight. if any of the cables are showing signs of corrosion on the outside at the connectors, replace it as this gets inside the cable and kills the current flow to the starter so bad it won't work too. check the postive cable connection to the starter solenoid on the driver's side fender and clean/tighten it here also. also check the ground cable connection on the block down by the oil filter to make sure it's good and tight and finally check the power cable connection on the starter itself to make sure it's clean and tight. with a fully charged battery and good cables and clean connections the starter should work.
