Default 03 GT Gauges NEED HELP

I was installing new gauges on my 03 GT and I forgot to put the ignition in the on position and remember where the needles were before hand. Now my needles are all messed up. Is there a way I can re-callibrate them myself?

Has anyone heard of the Ford diagnostic tool in the gauges were you hold down the trip meter and start your car? I can get to the program but I can't figure out how to make it work and fix my gauges. Some kind of help will be much appreciated.
