boosting compresion ratio
I heard a few things about this restore stuff you add to your oil and is supposed to boost your compression ratio and crap like that i was wondering if i could add this to my 94 gt 5.0 bc i have heard that octain booster can damage your computer on newer cars i wouldnt use that bc my car is mostly stock ne ways but please tell me what u think about this restore and if it would be safe to add to my motor
i used to use that stuff on my 89 ranger. helped a lot. it had almost 200,000 miles on it. but fast83 is right, it wont boost compression, it will just restore lost compression
dude ..your all messed up
first the restore stuff works some....now the octange booster crap is just that crap....a 5-6 dollars can ..might raise the octange .5 point so it would be 93.5 instead of 93 ( high test)...the makers of octage booster have people mislead

i think they make an octane booster that raises octane by 1 now...oooooo. still worthless. if you want a "boost" in octane. go buy yourself 5 gallons of 110 and mix that in as needed
Are you trying to get it back to like new power levels, or do some mods to go past that point? If the engine is really tired, maybe a rebuild is in order. There are some top notch go fast goodies for the 5.0. I always try to stop and rebuild, before I push an engine to the breaking point, that one is no fun, and costs more in the long run. Good luck!!
I just wanted somthing to make it run better i wasnt really looking for a big boost or ne thing like that i just wanted it to run the best it could so you guys dont think it would harm my engine? bc that was the question i was asking
