Door Locks on a `92 Stang - Siezed Up?

Door Locks on a `92 Stang - Siezed Up?

I got a `92 Stang its got the 2.3L 4 cylinder - hehe I know it sucks but oh well that will be coming out soon enough this summer but anyways I just replaced the door handles with ones from blue oval industries but now I have a problem that is just stumping me, I can not lock or unlock the doors manually or electrically. I am trying to figure out what is the matter does anyone have any ideas on how I could go about fixing this problem? Are there any relays or something that could be causing them to be siezed up or not working? Anyone else run into these problems?

do you have the rod in the handle right?

ya the door handles are in correctly and they work fine, thats not the problem just the locks will not lock or unlock manually or electrically, its like they are stuck... Got any ideas think its the actuators?
