as yall know i put the smog pump with pulley and the belt is spueaking like crazy and never did befor the elemenater kit what do u think i should do the bolts on the kit are on tight

The belt is just a tad to large. Try moving the other components out to tighten it more or just use the old bar-of-soap trick which will keep it quiet but your pullies will still turn slower than your belt.
