Strange noise, diagnosis needed!
Yep, thanks, keep those ideas coming folks, the issue is NOT RESOLVED!
I need to have a good few specific things to look for when I check to decrease the amount of time I spend looking for the problem and more time on actually fixing it. So far, I will check my harmonic balancer, and listen specifically on the alternator. Those are the two suggestions so far...

Take off the serpentine belt and spin each pulley by hand. See if you hear anything. I find it very hard to pin point a noise with the fan and engine running.
It sounds like maybe the alt. bushings could be shot. How new is it? Is there a squeal at startup?
Also, are all your pulleys inline? Get a straightedge and check. Maybe one is spinning at an angle.

I have an a/c that is out of gas, so I haven't used it in a while. Also, my alternator is about 2 months old, if not younger, so it's brand new basically, powermaster, no, there isn't a squeal at start up.
The pulleys should all be lined up, I never had a problem with any of them not being aligned, nothing has really been shifted either, the only thing I've pulled have been the alternator and the waterpump pulley, which was reinstalled exactly as it was before basically.
I'll give it a check monday morning. Thanks.

I'll bet the bolts on the water pump pulley are hitting the housing on the water pump causing the tick, tick, tick noise. I found this when I switched to an electric fan. Without the fan, the bolts are too long and can hit the water pump, so you need to cut some threads off the bolts so they don't hit anymore.
What do I get if this is the problem????? LOL
