I have a 1994 mustang GT that just got an automatic transmission put in it instead of the manual it came with originally. I was wondering if i could just put any ecu in the car that is set up for the 5.0 and automatic tranny from either a 94-95 mustang?If not then how would i go about finding what ECU i need? All i need is for the car to run good so that i can sell it. PLEASE HELPi need to be able to get rid of this car as soon as possible.

 

I went the opposite on my stang. auto to manual. Yes you need to change the computer

 

can go to a junk yard. I'd sell you mine but not ready to change from auto to manual.
