it depends. If you looks at my signature im making 450rwhp on the stock shortblock thats as far as im comfortable pushing it. If you have upgraded internals you can probably push it to 500rwhp then after that the block will want to split in half. If you keep the stock heads/cam and just throw the supercharger on the weak point will most likely be the stock head gaskets. You have a good chance of pushing them out with anything over 10psi

the manifold im putting is a eldlebrock victor jr...but they dont make 1 for the fuel injected (style of the throttle body is differrnt)so im thinking of going carb

can i use mu intake manifolds and heads(will they bolt right up)

yea i was in the store today and i saw that looks like a pretty nice deal
