Can any one help me My 2000 mustang will trun over

I jumeped last night and nothen seem to help. Someone told be hit the starter but where how how the hell do i do that.

Does the starter click or nothing at all? Dead battery perhaps? It should have atleast 12.5v with the engine off. Check fuses?
