stock gt horsepower help
yeah heads,cam and intake. look around you can find some cheap gt40 heads and cobra intake. some people keep stock cam and just get 1.7 rockers, i would go with the trickflow stg 1 cam its pretty cheap. h/c/i will put a stock car to maybe 250-260 rwhp. then you can go from there to s/c or nitrous your car with all the goodies of course. that hci and some stickies and you will have a nice street car

IMO if you are going to do an h/c/i, avoid the cheap route of gt40 heads and intake. there are so many better combos out there.
a cam is a very important choice. dont just shrug it off.
it is possible to make more with an h/c/i. it all depends on the combo and the tune.

well he did say cheap lol cheapest hci set up i can think of is gt40 or gt40p, but if the money allows it then by all means get some twisted wedge heads and track heat intake with a stg 1 cam or another better cam. quick noob question though is it really possible to make 300 rwhp with hci?
