2000 gt vert gauge cluster prob.
Hi last Friday night I bought a 2000 model mustang gt 5-speed convert, from the auto auction. The car is tip top, all but the gauge cluster.
This car has the digtal mileage built in the cluster. All of the gauges work, except the digtal mileage part, it's complety blank. No light at all.
I asumed it was the cluster, so Monday I picked up a used one from the local junk yard for $50. Today I swaped it out, and I still have the same prob, the digital part dead. I've checked all fuses and conections.
What controls that part of the cluster? Could it be a failure in the PCM ?
