Default Heater, AC switch problem

I'm having a problem with my heater and A/C controls on my 96 GT, the air will only come out the defrost vents no matter what setting it is on. I just replaced the switch thinking that was the problem and it wasn't. Anybody have any suggetions to what I might be overlooking?

i think the vent's are controlled by vacuum lines, so check for any disconnected lines.

They all appear to be hooked up.

How does the car idle?I agree with fordguy.Look for broken or disconnected vacuum lines. If it's not a line then the vacuum motor could be defective or disconnected from the control door.
