i just bought a take off gt catback system. i need some feedback as to how well it sounds on the v6 and do i need any adaptors to put it on? also, if you buy the right hangers, will it prevent from rattling?

I don't know the answer to this, but where did you get your GT takeoffs. I'm thinking of going that route as well.

my neighbor.....he gave me the exhaust and saleen body kit for $100

you need the hangers for the passenger side. you need an aftermarket or fabricated mid pipe. it is the same muffler on the GT as the v6, but it will be louder b/c you need a midpipe to make it work so it will be a true dual setup with an x/H/straight pipes. i recommend H pipe to make the v6 lower grumble sound of the gt.
