Default GT badges

Does anyone know if the side & rear GT badges on an 02 GT have pins that help secure it to the body panels (I want to remove the GT badges but don't want to deal with filling holes & such)? Any help would be appreciated.

I remember someone saying that the Ford oval had pins but I don't remember about the GT. I would think they would not have pins becasue that would mean another part number for Ford. Since the 6-banger & GT share the same bodies, parts, etc..., & the six does not have badges in that location, I would think the badges, at least on the sides of the car, would not have pins.

You will have holes if you take them off. They have pins to line them up but are secured with 3m tape.
