Default Steering wheel replacement

Does anyone know roughly how long it should take to change a steering wheel in a 2006? Have a new wheel to replace my current one. The cruise controls need to be swapped along with the horn and airbag. Local Ford garage is saying 2 1/2 to 3 hours? Seems excessive.

Any wheel I have changed took a max of 45 minutes, but it included a large coffee and I was in no hurry.
Never replaced a 2006, does anyone know why it "might" take so long?

Check the tech section, but I can't see it taking that long.

Here you go. It should only take you like 15 minutes.
