Why Arent new mustangs 6 speeds?

can you even get a 6 speed upgrade? why would they come bustin through the doors with the cobra 6 speed but no the 05s?

Yes you can swap a 6 speed on other mustangs. One of the reasons for not doing this for all models is because of the money, and it's really not needed. The 5th and 6th gears are both over drives.
