Default Whistle noise

No sure if this is a wheel bearing or not. I get this sound when the car has been driven for a while. I did a video of the noise and attached a you tube link. Any feed back would be great. This sound is driving me nuts.

Just to add to this and eliminate the thought of a vacuum leak or transmission I put the car in neutral and turn the engine off and let the car coast. Sound was still there. Also the caliper and breaks where done end of last season they don't seem to be sticking but the rim on the passenger side seems a lot hotter than the drivers side. I check the pads they seem to be wearing evenly and the rotor looks fine. Just never heard a wheel bearing sound like a tea kettle.

I had an old Chevrolet that use to have a bit of a whistle kind of like that. Turned out to be the antenna mast. I have been told, I can't remember by whom, that the reason the antennas look like they have a wire wrapped around them is break up the air so it won't whistle.

Interesting..if it is the antennae then remove it and see if the sound persists.

I had one like that, was an imperfection in a headlight. I swear it would come and go.

this only happens after the car driving for a while only thing I notice is the rim front passenger is hotter then the drivers side. if it was an antenna or headlight it would always do this. Also at first it starts faint then gets louder the longer you drive. Hot rim would give me the idea its a wheel bearing. I ruled out breaks cause my brake covers are not hot.

So I changed both Calipers and Pads on the front also replace passenger side wheel bear and still get the sound.

Antenna nope removed it same deal.

This seems like something in the front wheels. I drove down to the states on Friday night and would come and go it seem. only other things I could think of is the drive side hub is getting dried out? when I would spin it. It did drag a bit not brake or rotor on the hub.

I'm running out of idea's any thoughts?

Update Changed the Hub on the drivers side Hub on the passenger side Both Calipers Pads even though the old ones seems to be wearing evenly and had lots left on them. Only thing that I haven't change is the rotors but would a rotor make a whistle noise like that? I'm running out of idea here
