Purchased a new project that’s is a 2012 mustang v6 coyote swap. All on the swap is done, only one thing holding me back from starting it up is the ECM. Here’s the problem, the swap has everything but the ECM. The Vin is for a 3.7 v6 but the motor in the car is a 5.0 manual trans, I’m trying to find the correct ECM and get it flashed for the car. The issue is I dont know what code the car needs, if you can help please let me know ASAP

 

Look for a 2012 5.0 ECU, or other compatible year 5.0 w/manual transmission.
If available, the keys and ignition cylinder so you won't need to have VATS programmed.

There is a lot of V6 to V8 conversion information out there.
