2000 3.8l will crank but will not start. Fuel pressure is 45, has spark, IAT and coolant temp sensor both reading as should. When i am cranking the engine and press the throttle down the engine feels like it gets to much gas and cranks hard then when I let the throttle back up it cranks normal again.

Check the battery first. The PCM can't do its thing if the voltage drops too low while cranking. Even if that doesn't end up being the problem, you gotta rule out that battery before you end up on a wild goose chase.
