Hey all, need a little help with a tail light issue. When the car is off and the brake pedal pushed I have no rear passenger brake light. If I power on the car the brake light and tail light work fine. Is this a ground issue? I'm not too proud to admit I'm like a bull in a China shop when it comes to electrical issues so I thought maybe I'd ask for some guidance before tearing into things. Thanks
