Default Coolant fan is constantly on

Recently purchased a 2016 Mustang GT. Bought in November 2019. Recently the coolant fan is turning on even with a cold crank. The dealership said that there was no issue there and that it was normal. Wanting to see if I could get any possibilities as to why this is happening and if it was normal, like the dealer said

I thought my fan ran all the time until I turned off the heat, defrost and the air. Within a few seconds after turning 'on' any of these things, the fan would start running. It's normal

After leaving the Mustang at Dealership, I found that because the Evaporator Expansion Valve needed to be replaced, it constantly triggered the fan to come on.. So problem solved

Thanks for coming back to tell us how your problem was fixed. Most people Post a problem they are having and never return to tell us how and if it was ever fixed
