Default Door lock replacement

I am trying to figure out which door lock cylinder I need for my 2004. While the car appears to have the PATS installed (theft light blinking) I do not have a remote, the only key I have, while has the large plastic end, is not the a Ford key and does not appear to have the small rectangular shape on the end indicative of the chip inside.

The key I have starts the car fine, as well as opens the trunk without issue. But, there is no drivers door lock cylinder, it's just a hole where one should be.

I'm not sure how the, what appears to be, non PATS key has no issue starting the car. But, also not sure which lock I should get for the drivers door. I don't care if I end up with different keys, just want to lock the door!

Can I use a non PATS cylinder and call it done? Or are the mechanisms different between non PATS and PATS?

Thanks.

The door lock cylinder is strictly a mechanical part to allow locking and unlocking the door should power door locks fail. Not connected to PATS in any way, I don't believe.

Excellent, that's what I'd been hoping. Kept finding things listed as with/without PATS which makes life confusing.

So, does anyone know how to make the lock cylinder stay in the door? The parts arrived today, slotted into the door, connected the rod, tried locking / unlocking with the key, great. But, the lock cylinder just flops out of the door with as far as I can tell, no visible way to physically secure it to the door itself.

Looks like I can't edit my post, but it appears that I am missing the clip that slots over on the inside of the door. What a pain. Going to guess nowhere local will have those either.
