Battery Tender - positive hookup
We have a 2015 Mustang GT.
The battery died and since replacing it, we hooked up a Battery Tender trickle charger.
Currently use the alligator clamps, but need to keep the hood agar.
The unit comes with O-rings to leave set up 24/7, and quick hook up/release.
For the life of me, I can't figure out where to attach the positive side. On the battery there is only the terminal, no bolt or anywhere to attach the O-ring.
The negative side has an area, so that's not a problem.
I asked at my local Ford and was advised if there isn't an area on the positive terminal itself, then we needed to use the alligator clamps only.
That doesn't sound accurate, that's why I'm reaching out to everyone here.
Is it possible, and where, can the O-ring be attached for permanent hook up?
