my car did it before scared the bageesisss out of me it was just a loose battery cable

 

Question for the guys who replaced the neg battery cable...

where did you get your replacement unit?

You know, the one with the little ground wire attached to the terminal for the computer ground?

Murrays has generic replacement neg battery cables. No little ground wire for the computer.

 

Could a bad starter bind the engine and not allow it to be barred over?

 

put the key in, turn it on, throw it in neutral, make a connection between the two bolts on the starter cylanoid, cheap 13 dollar fix if its the problem.

 

At first i thought it was the solenoid also. I jumped the solenoid but the engine still would roll over. I can't even bar the engine over. Is there anything externally that could cause the engine to seize.
