The granatelli plugs/coils are great but a SAB (spark booster) will do the same job for MUCH cheaper. Do some research before you buy a TB as the stock one is much better than any of the aftermarket available.

For where you wanty to be HP wise, you are not going to have a problem losing spark so you don't need to worry about the coils or a SAB IMO. Take that money and invest it in a mezuire electric H20 pump instead. (around $420) It will give 30 hp with your saleen.

cool cool. yeah i might have stretched it but i was trying to say im not going to make a big deal about it and to some people it seems that way but yeah im going to go with saleen... oh and does anyone have any idea if granatelli coil and plug connecters would actually give you any hp. im just thinking of everything i can to get my car close to 400hp before the s/c probably wont happen but its a goal. after the headers, x-pipe, cat-backs, throttle body, (pulley's installed) come and are installed i should only be 40 hp away at the most... thats saying i had 265 hp stock. im hopping it was close to the 280's but i dont know yet

I would not worry to much about getting close to 400 hp before the s/c, not that it's impossible, there are guys on here are doing that samething. The problem lies that somethings you do may not effect your hp once you put a s/c on there. Then even if you had 400hp once you put a s/c you would be well over 500 and with out doing allot of engine work you are in a unsafe zone...Good luck and you have made a good choice with the saleen s/c its one of the best all around s/c out there.
