The fastest public available turnkey car is hands down the livernois all the trimmings package. It makes 750 rwhp out the door. No production saleen mustang even comes close to those numbers.

I won't argue the Livernois is probably the most horsepower, but is it really obtainable? and where do you get service? You a high performance beast like that will start "acting up" at some point.
