The bolt pattern and offset have nothing to do with the height of the wheel (20"). Are you just looking for the correct bolt pattern and offset?
I believe the correct bolt pattern is 5 X 114.3 (5 X 4.5"). Your offset is going to vary based on your wheel width, but is probably around +45mm. What width 20s are you going with? 20x10, 20x9?
