Default noobie exhaust question

My buddy just picked up an 07 gt, and hes looking to put an offroad H,X on it, my question is do these cars use mil's to keep the check engine light off, or just a tuner?

Both I believe. You can buy mil elims for it, or you can do it through some tuners.

Either but somethimes the mills do not work and you need the tuner for so many things anyway. Pick up a CAI and tune combo from Brenspeed or B amachips first. Or buy the combo and exhaust both.
