People put way to much faith in dyno numbers. They mean nothing, really. If you had done a base run on the same dyno before your mods then it would mean something.

relax and dont get hung up on the numbers...My baseline stock auto was 257 rwhp....with headers..catted x pipe C+L cai and evolution tune I was running 300.8 and 304 torque last winter....much cooler obviously helped...that and autos MUST DYNO in 4th to be 1:1...to do this you have to either A) have an experienced tuner who can lock out your auto in 4th..or B) like others have suggested you need to run in 4th with OD off. then run up throuh the gears get up a little then mash it...IT STILL MIGHT quickly downshift to 3rd but it will go right up...an experienced dyno guy ( Sam at coastal dyno : mustang dynometer in my case) will know when to start measuring and get the right numbers...as you can see by my attached sheet...the beginning of my measurement you can see a slight arc in the graph where my car quickly downshifted then went back up..it may not happen with yours if you have 3.73's good luck....dont worry....you will get to a certain point and want more HP anyhow down the road and as others have said...its your buttometer and how you can hook at the track that matters...Me I dont race...good luck....
