No fuel system was redone when we did the engine, i was thinking vacuum leak too, we will keep searching if you think of anything let me know

450 at the tire on a 2v 4.6. is the motor completly stock. and how much boost are you running. and how r u runnig stock fuel system. what kind of dyno are u using, and is it sae corrected. these questions have nothing to do with your prob, im just interested

as for your prob.what kind of plugs r u using. are they one step colder. and you checked the plugs, but did you check the coils, are your coils stock or after market.it could be several issus and im starting with ignition. if you do have a step colder then are they gapped, if they were able to duplicate the prob on the dyno then its weird they didnt fing the issue, unless the tuners software is old and not updated. he sjould be able to see your spark, timng, fuel pressure, and all that good stuff. the prob is not at WOT so im gonna assume at the monent its something to do with the olugs or the coils.

one last ques. is the car still making the same power on the dyno now that you have this prob, as it did before you had it
