Hi everyone, first post for me but ive been lurking...Watching Top Gear I noticed the SVT in the gauges lights up like a shift light although im not positive thats what I was seeing. Could we "retrofit" the gauges in to our GT's (I just want the integrated shift light even though it says SVT its cool as hell)? Has someone done this already? Sorry if this is a repost but I DID use the search button first without luck hehe. Thanks to any replys... Joshua

Probably not worth installing them, the factory shift light sucks and as far as I know it can't be adjusted to the shift points you want. You're better off getting an aftermarket shift light.

Only the SVT logo lights up, not the whole gauge. The speedometer and tachometer positions are also swapped. There is also a boost gauge in the GT500 cluster which would be useless on a GT.

SVT forums are not going to help him.....he wants to take a gt500 gauge cluster and put it in a GT, most svt guys arent going to be doing something like this seeing as they already have the gt500 gauges in their cars

There is a huge thread on Mod fords site about this. You can do it the dealer will just have to flash the gt500 cluster with your clusters info (Milage etc) the shift light can be set just like the mycolor i think. you willl not be able to get the boost cluster to work though.
