I want to get a good assembled heads, cams, and valves so I can just bolt it on but I am have trouble finding out who makes these for the 08 mustang, can any body offer opinions on this, maybe some HP numbers I might get out of all this? and perhaps anything els I could do to the car for gain?

If you have an 08 and you're getting new heads BE CERTAIN TO GET THE NEW CASTING WITH UPDATED SPARKPLUG THREADING!! If you already have the new casting be sure to get the same thing as a replacement. You don't want to have to deal with the Sparkplug issue on a highly modified block. From my understanding the heads are identical except for the spark plug threading and spark plugs that are required. I'm still looking for an answer as to whether the head with the updated threading has 10 or 14 holes for the valve cover. Some Late 07 and early 08 cars (like mine) Switched over to 10 bolt valve covers and fit on the 14 bolt heads. I will check this weekend to see if my heads have the new or old style threads.

this is dumb I know but what is N/A?

NOT AVAILABLE, DUH!!! nah jk it stands for Naturally Aspirated, meaning its NOT Supercharged or Turbo'd....its the opposite of FI with stands for Forced Induction.

which items do I NOT change? the intake manifold and the MAF? if so why? I thought you could get more power out of those items? would adding a differnt crankshaft and pistons be able to produce more power? and what are those other bolt ons I dont understand lol, speak dummy to me.
