Worried
Hey All,
4 days ago I noticed the service engine light was on. I have just over 1,000 miles. It stayed on for 3 days and then shut off by itself. I made an appointment at the dealership for 8 AM this morning. I was contemplating whether to still bring it or not since the light shut off. I was guessing it was the famous loose gas cap, but I took it this morning anyway for precaution. It's now almost 4 PM and they still have my car. I'm starting to worry that there is something seriously wrong. I WANT MY STANG BACK!!!
I changed nothingover the3 days that the service engine light was on. It came on and went off by itself.Anyone havethishappen to them?

RE: Worried
you could check the OBD II code w/ a tuner or a OBD scanner and get the code yourself. otherwise pretty hard to determine what it was.
and i think the dealership just didnt have time to look at your car yet.
